The Welsh Charity Awards celebrate the positive impact and outstanding contributions made by charities, community organisations, not-for-profits, and volunteers across Wales.
At their recent awards ceremony they celebrated all the amazing finalists and announced this year’s winners.
Social Firms Wales would like to warmly thank everyone who contributed across the eight award categories — and give a special shoutout to the following inspiring winner:

• Champion of diversity finalist: Redberth Croft CIC is a rural community farm that is led by people with lived experience and places equality, diversity, and inclusion at the centre of its work – empowering people with additional learning needs, mental health challenges, or social disadvantage.

• Cysylltwch ag aelodau eraill Cwmnïau Cymdeithasol Cymru er mwyn trafod cysylltiadau a chysylltiadau posibl  e.e. Cyfarfodydd Cyffredinol Blynyddol (AGM)
• Edrychwch ar y rhaglen hyfforddi, a ddechreuodd ddoe, ac archebwch er mwyn rhoi hwb i'ch sgiliau busnes a'ch rhwydwaith
• Cysylltu â'ch awdurdod lleol
• Mynychu cyfarfodydd eich Cyngor Gwirfoddol Sirol lleol
• Chwilio am ddigwyddiadau a grwpiau menter gymdeithasol eraill, gan gynnwys y cyfryngau cymdeithasol

Learning from one another is a great way of boosting our business skills. So how can we do this?

• Attend the upcoming Social Firms Wales networking meeting?
• Contact other Social Firms Wales members to discuss possible links and connections? eg. AGM's
• Look at the training programme, which started yesterday, and book in to boost your business skills and network.
• Link up with your local authority? 
• Attend meetings with your local CVC?
• Identify other social enterprise events and groups - perhaps on social media?

The Community Builders Fund provides loans of between £100k and £1.5m to UK charities and social enterprises based in England, Wales and Scotland. 
The fund is supported by the Government guarantee scheme – Growth Guarantee Scheme.
