Autistic Skills Development and Employment Support CIC are a team of professionals, including an assessor, job coaches / trainers, counsellors, psychologist and ASD consultant. Since 2010 they have been helping people with autism in the job market.

Their priority is to put their clients at the centre of their efforts. The first key role is to thoroughly assess the needs and wants in relation to employment.

They can support the job seekers with assessment, occupational profiling, stress reduction, job matching, coaching and many other issues. They also work with employers who have employees with ASD who need their support to keep their job.
