More Than Flags and Rainbows CIC
More Than Flags and Rainbows is a not-for-profit organisation which aims to make all schools and colleges more inclusive spaces. Inclusive environments ensure that no matter their family makeup, or their own gender or sexuality, everyone feels supported and a welcome part of society. The Welsh Government have made a commitment to become the most LGBTQ+ friendly nation in Europe and schools, businesses and charities have a key part in this goal. Combined with the increase in society's awareness about gender and sexuality, all organisations are facing new challenges.
Founded by Ian Timbrell, they have experience working with schools across the UK and have delivered in-person and online training to thousands of teachers.
